Date: Sun, 5 Feb 2023 20:33:54 +0000 (UTC) From: Mike Simmons Subject: It was always about the bets 365 I went right to JJ's room and found him laying on the bed wearing sweatpants and a tee holding a beer. He pointed to the refrigerator and said grab two, I need another. I handed JJ a beer kicked off my shoes, opened the beer and got int the bed beside him. I looked over at him and asked, tough day? He laughed and said MJ, how do you do it? Hours and hours discussing shit that will change before it happens. Well JJ the trick to make sure that shit doesn't happen. When it does there is a plan to deal with it. So JJ do you have a job? MJ, just before we left I past the CFI test and now I have two people to teach how to fly and they are both just a bit older than us. Dad has had me in the air a lot and I have a lot of hours. It was the four hours with four military people and it made me appreciate why I didn't go the Air Force Academy. MJ, you and I could have come to the same conclusion in half the time. I laughed and asked, so who got you the beer? JJ laughed and said room service, I figured what the fuck and gave it a try. JJ went on and on about the meeting and I let him vent. I was thinking that JJ, despite his ranting about the military approach, had a pretty productive meeting. I let him go, well until I had had enough and rolled on top of him and we were nose to nose and I said JJ, I have never had sex with a business man, will you be my first? Hw smiled at that but before he could react I kissed him and it was intense and passionate. I wasn't sure if he was horny or if it was the buzz from three beers but it was an intense make out session and we had clothes on. I rolled off JJ and got out of the bed and pulled the high priced sweatshirt off, folded it and put it on a table. Next was the polo shirt and finally my damn dress pants and they went on the table. I got back on the bed and JJ said MJ, that's a good start but you still have your underwear and socks on. Well unless you are commando you have more on than I do but I'm tired debating and I pulled him into another kiss and at that point there was no holding back. I got out of bed and removed my tee and boxer briefs. Then I grappled the bottom of his sweatpants and pulled and they flew off and JJ grunted as the band pulled his cock and it slapped his hard stomach. I tossed the pants across the room not caring where they went. I grabbed his ankles and pulled him so that his ass was at the foot of the bed, barely on the mattress. I knelt down and started lick and suck his balls and at the same time played with his hole but didn't penetrate. I slowly lifted his balls and started to lick that area between his balls and hole and he he was going wild and when my tongue hit his hole he yelled fuck I'm going to shoot. I went right to this cock and caught the first squirt in my mouth and there was a lot more. So much q that it was dripping out of my mouth. I didn't swallow any and want right to his mouth and we kissed and there was cum all over our faces and we both swallowed enjoying every drop. JJ, licked my face clean and used his hand to wipe up what was on my chin and nose. When that was done he smeared whatever that was left all over my face wiping his hand in my hair. We were laying on the bed and settling down and JJ started to suck my cock and when I was hard he straddled me sitting on my stomach. He spit on his hand and used it to lube his ass and he slowly sat back and his hole slowly gobbled up my cock. Once my dock was in as far as it would go he leaned forward and kissed me and it was sensual and intense and I put Mt arms around him and we kissed and my cock was still in his hole. JJ slowly sat up and started to ride my cock I was getting close so I pulled him back down and started to kiss again, I wanted this to last and JJ was cooperating. He straightened up again and was riding but when I tried to slow him down again he was having no part of it and I quickly deposited my load deep in him. This time when I pulled him towards me he cooperated and mycoplasma slowly softened and slid out of his ass. He laughed and said it's a damn good thing you didn't get hard again. We laid in bed and chatted for a bit then I said that I needed to get to my room so that I could sleep. There would be breakfast, warmup then 18 long holes of golf with David Fay, AP and Cole. JJ laughed and said well I'll sleep late eat breakfast and watch you trying to keep up. I sat on the bed and we kissed again and JJ pulled away and said MJ, unless you want another round you better get out of here. I laughed and said goodnight. In my room I looked in the mirror and laughed at all the cum dried in the curls. That required a hot shower and two washings and a comb. That was a real pain but I thought it was worth it. Then I dried off looked into the motor and said fuck. I needed to shave and that was becoming a every third day event. I didn't find the scruffy look any easier and in what was my world. Clean shaven was the norm. I put on boxer briefs and a tee then checked the weather and it would be a copy of today and a high of 65 and there would be a bit more breeze. I had two pair of golf pants and I selected the navy blue pair then an Oakmont polo and then I added a white sweatshirt shirt with the Cessna logo on the left breast. I added an Oakmont hat and I was all set. With that I jumped in bed and didn't set the alarm. I was up at my usual time and that gave me a lot of time. I dressed in a sweatsuit nd went to the lobby. I asked the attendant if there was gym or a workout room nd was given directions. Once there I found a reasonable gym but it wouldn't work for my normal workout but a scaled down workout would be great. The workout was better than I thought as the weights were lighter and I did more reps. It was good enough as I was a sweaty mess. I went to my room and did a quick hot shower and dressed in my golf attire. At the restaurant there were a number of people and I saw Kyle and Tim sitting together and joined them. Their wives were going sightseeing, something about THE LONE CYPRESS. I was surprised to hear that they had rented a car. Kyle said that he was looking forward to seeing the boy wonder play and added it is hard to believe he is this good at his age. I laughed and said that I would just be trying to keep up. We chatted about work and the new building and the message being sent in a very relaxed way was for me to make a decision. I knew they were right and I appreciated the softer approach. I laughed to my self when I realized that the two of them had a very good read on how to deal with me. What they didn't know was that I knew exactly what I wanted to build and could reject all the plans. I wanted a glass building supported by titanium beams and a roof covered with solar panels. It would look like a giant shoe box and be a technological marvel. It would be big enough to house the company with lots of room for growth and I would find a tenant for the existing building. I would slow walk the design and building so that it would be finished as I finished at VT. Thinking about all that I had zoned out and Tim asked Mike, what are you thinking about? I smiled and replied, how bad my golf game could be. Then I said thanks for breakfast and went to the Pro Shop. I looked around and was interested in a Panama hat but it was a good thing that there wasn't one that would contain my hair, I would have tried to play in that hat or tried to. I went to the counter and was told that a cart and my clubs would be there shortly. I wasn't sure if I had enough golf balls so I bought a dozen Titleist HVC Tour balls. Then I was asked about a caddie for the weekend. I was reminded that I was playing in a featured group and I said well I'm not good enough for your best people and I would like someone close to my age and yet wouldn't be in awe of my playing partners. The Pro thought for a minute and said Mister Simmons, I believe I have the perfect caddie. He is a Junior at Cal State here in Monterey and he is here every weekend and all summer as he needs the money for school and loves golf and the outdoors. Comes from a good family, he is the youngest and first to go college. His dad owns a plumbing company and mom works as a secretary at a law firm. I laughed at all that information and said well have him meet me on the putting green. With that I went outside and found the cart and my clubs. I drove the short way to the putting green and opened a sleeve of balls and sit the open box of balls on the seat and started for the green. I took about 10 steps and heard Mike, would you have a minute? I turned around and saw a fit middle aged guy heading towards me. When he got to me he said Mike, thanks for stopping, I'm Jim Rusnic with Golf Magazine if you don't mind I have a few questions. Jim, I'm just killing some time and waiting for my caddie. If you don't mind I'll hit a few putts while we chat. Mike that would be great. Mike, there are som many aspects of who you are and what you are involved with it's hard to figure out where to start. There wasn't a question there so I hit a putt. Mike, I saw you play a few holes on the back 9 yesterday and you were 1 over with no warm up, what is your handicap? Jim, I have no idea I play a round usually from the tips and submit a score and never check. Mike, for this article would you mind if I checked? I shrugged and hit another putt. Jim said well I'll take that as a yes. Mike, how does this course compare to Oakmont. Jim, you should know that they don't as they are vastly different. What I will say is that they are both a demanding test and worthy of holding an Open Championship. Mike, what do you think of your stepbrothers game? It's very good and he works hard, there are no real issues. Mike, why the costumes? I shook my head and said ask him. Mike, last question. Do you think his relationship with spectators is appropriate? I said yup, I have to go as my caddie has been waiting and I need to hit some balls. I picked up the three balls I was using and walked to the cart where I found my caddy. He came up to me and said Mister Simmons, I'm Trey Sheffield thanks for the loop. Trey, let's get some things straight, I am Mike and not Mister Simmons or sir. Cole is Cole and the other two are Mister Palmer and Mister Fay. Trey replied sure Mike and I smiled. Just be polite and feel free to offer me advice. Trey smiled and said no problem Mike. I said jump in and get me to the practice range. As we approached the practice area there was a mob and I looked at Trey and said dude, you see what you are in for? He laughed and said Mike, I'm aware as the Pro warned me. Trey, pick a spot as far away from my brother as possible and I'll be right there. I made a quick to say hello to Liam and Cole. When I made my way to the tee area I saw Trey in a conversation with Chase, the dude from yesterday. I went up and said good morning Chase, is there a problem? Well, I like the tee beside me to be empty. I laughed and said well that's too bad, I'm not moving. I hope you have a great round, I'm sure you will be alone. Trey asked if I wanted a wedge and as I always start there. I hit 10 shots with each iron. I moved to the driver and hit 5 shots and I noticed Cole was hitting driver and I said Trey let's get to the practice green I want to avoid the mob getting there. I noticed that Chase had left but that made sense as he had an earlier tee time than we did. I was surprised that Palmer and Fay weren't around and I knew they needed a warmup. We were quickly to the practice tee and Chase was introduced on the tee. There would be two more groups before we were up. Then I heard a helicopter and a few minutes later Palmer and Fay appeared with their caddies. Cole and I went over and the 4 of us were talking and laughing and when the next group got called to the tee, it got serious and we all concentrated on the putting. On the tee we were told that the teams were Cole and David and that everyone played their own ball and the teams low score on the hole would be counted. Cole immediately launched into a rant wanting to know why he was the only amateur not paired with a Pro. People were thinking he was serious, then he said heck I can only hit it 325 off the tee and winning a Tour event I should still have a Professional partner. Then everyone laughed and the game was on. I was last to hit and Trey handed me my 3 wood without me asking and said Mike this is me weighing in after watching you warm up. I shrugged and stuck a teen in the ground and perched a ball on top and laced 265 yards or so right down the middle. We were all in good shape in the fairway and Cole was 20 some yards ahead of us and he was talking and laughing with the spectators. As we got to our balls Cole came over and as David was ready to hit he put both hands up as did Liam asking for quiet. AP was next and as he was ready to hit Cole and Liam did the same thing but this time when the ball was in the air Cole dropped one hand and waved his other hand in a circle and the crowd went nuts. The ball hit on the green about 20 feet away. With that Cole stood there and saluted and AP laughed. Trey looked at me and asked so what club can you hit 145 yards? I shook my head and said a smooth 8. He handed me the club and said have fun. The shot landed pin high but 12 - 15 feet to the right of the hole. When it was Cole's turn Liam checked a book he took from his back pocket and had a brief chat and handed Cole a club. Cole did his pre shot routine and the ball started a tad right of the pin and as it started down it fell slightly to the left and I though it was going to hit the pin. As it turned out it was right over the pin and about 15 feet beep but it hit the green jumped forward and spun back hard towards the hole leaving him inside in 10'. There were 3 birdies on the first hole and Trey said Mike, your brother is really good. The second hole gave Cole's team the lead as he was the only one on the green in two and his birdie put them up by a stroke. We got to the fourth hole and we were still down by one stroke. This hole is a slight dogleg to the right and for the first time we would see the ocean. It was also the shortest par 4 on the course at 331 yards. David was still first as he was leading off for his team and he hit a fairway wood. Cole and Liam were engaged in a conversation and finally Liam shrugged and handed Cole the driver. This hole gad massive bunkers in the front of the green on both sides. There was a slight breeze from behind and left moving to towards the water. For the first time Cole was on the right side of the tee box and aiming right. Cole like to hit a draw but he was lined up to hit a fade and was thinking the wind would help. AP hit driver nd was in the left trap and I hit a 5 wood and was in the fairway just short of the bunkers. Cole while on the green was in a different zip code from the hole bout 45 feet. As we left the tee AP put his arm on Cole's shoulder and they walked together staying cleat of the spectators and all of a sudden Cole stopped and was laughing so hard that he was bent over. He patted AP on the back and they went on their separate ways. At this point we had played 4 holes and Cole was 3 under. It was a very slow round and we were talking among ourselves and Cole joined in when he wasn't with the fans. We all had some interaction with the fans and both Cole and AP refused to sign autographs during the round but promised to be available after. We finished the front 9 in a snail's pace of 2:43 minutes. In looking at the score card while I snacked on a ham sandwich Cole was -5 his team was -6. AP and I were -3. I noticed Liam and Trey were chatting while they ate. I was ready to get going again when AP sat down and said Mike, can you manage without Liam for a couple,of weeks in March? We need Cole to play some competitive golf in March as the Masters is in early April. I have an agreed with Liam that would let him do that but it is up to Cole and Liam and Megan has the final say. Mike, Cole is that good and I understand the education but Olympic athletes manage. I shook my head and said just talk with them, I don't have a vote, just the checkbook. AP laughed and said well I'm waiting to see how h does tomorrow as this will be. Different course and it will have teeth as it will be 61 sunny with a 20 mile an hour wind and feel like 49 degrees. I said thanks for the warning, I might stay in. We went to the 10th tee and finished the round 230 minutes later. Cole finished -7 shooting a 65. On the 18th green we'll shook hands and Trey said I have you clubs cleaned and put in storage for the night and I'll see you tomorrow. I said hold on and went to my bag took out my wallet and haded Trey 2 50 dollar bills. He looked t the bills and said Mike, you don't have to pay me in advance. I laughed nd said well that's for today. Trey said holy shit, thanks and went on his way. I liked Trey a lot and wished he wasn't on the opposite coast. I went right to my room showered and changed into comfortable clothes, I liked the casual dress code of this place. I was looking around the Lounge to see who was there and I heard Mike, over here and I saw dad and Megan and dad waved me over. I sat down and dad immediately said, I'll be right back. Megan said Mike, did you enjoy the day or were you working? Megan it was fun, I played well and it was a good group. Dad returned and placed what looked like an Arnold Palmer, I smiled and said dad, thank but that wasn't necessary. So Mike how was Cole? Dad, he shot -7 and that's a great score in mini golf. He is in a good place and should be permitted to enjoy this because when he comes back in June it will be very stressful. Guys that's a ways off but in less than two months he will be playing at the Masters and he needs to play at least 2 tournaments in mid to late March and the masters is an all week thing. That involves a lot of things and chief among them is you two working it out with Cole. I'll deal with the Liam issues but he has input in this as well. As for me my checkbook is available but that's the end of my involvement. As a heads up the weather tomorrow involves 20 mph winds with gusts around 30. If Cole plays that within a couple of strokes above par there will be a lot of pressure for him to be golf ready for Augusta. Megan took a deep breath and asked Mike, can he win there? Megan it would be awesome if he made the cut and that is possible and better yet if he would be low Amateur. Look guys, I'm tired and tomorrow is going to be a very difficult day. Dad said Mike, I thought you were going to eat? Dad, I'll just do room service and I started to get up and dad very quietly said Michael sit the fuck down and order some food. Well then change the subject as I can't be involved in all this bull shit as I'll need to be the one to pick up the pieces if this goes south. The waiter came over and I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and said make that to go. Looking at the two of them I wasn't possible to see who was more pissed but I didn't want a scene. I looked at Megan and said guys, I am tired, I hate the USGA meetings as everyone has an agenda. Megan jumped in and asked Mike, what's you agenda and don't say you don't have one? I looked right at her and said Cole. No to make it easier for him or to provide an advantage. I just want to be there for him and to look after him. He is a very special talent and very young and people will try to take advantage of him. I won't let that happen. Mike, neither will and I am working on things that will do that before anything happens Cole and I will talk with you. Oh, Cole doesn't know as I have research to do. Now open the damn bag and eat with us. We will talk next week. I opened the food container and quickly finished the salad and said goodnight and went to my room. Once there I stripped to my underwear and found my Walkman and put in a tape with very calm classical music and simply zoned out. Once the tape was over I felt a lot ether and somewhat relaxed. Then I picked up my phone and called Winnie. She answered the phone laughing and asked Mick, do you know what time it is? I said 9:00. Mick it is 9:00 where you are and it is midnight here. Babe, I'm sorry I forgot about all that. It was a busy day with almost 6 hours on the golf course and a shitty discussion with Megan and dad. So how was your day? Mick, my uncle is driving me nuts about the proposal he submitted and he is sure it will be selected. Babe, please don't tell me about it, I want a clean process and yet I don't want to work with him. It will all come out in the wash. Winnie found that funny and said Mick, I don't want his proposal selected either, I simply wouldn't be able to stand it. We talked about other shit for another half hour and I said well sleep tight and I'm sorry about the late call. Thinking about clothes for tomorrow I decided that the wind would be the biggest issue not the temperature. I decided on a nylon running suit and would wear jeans and a long sleeved crew neck shirt. I showered and jumped into bed, not looking forward to 6 hours on the course and a long flight back home. I was p at my usual time and went to the gym area and worked out and that helped my mood. Back at the room I showered and but on the black jeans and the crewneck and went for breakfast. There I found JJ sitting at a table in the corner and I went over and asked if I could join him? He smiled and said MJ, you never need to ask just sit the fuck down. The waiter came with coffee and JJ ordered a waffle, 2 eggs over and sausage. Mine was 2 eggs over bacon and wheat toast. So JJ what did you do yesterday? Well MJ, there was a two hour meeting with dad and his partners and I am an instructor and have a nice salary and dad is going to ask if I can be excused from school every Friday for work. It was a good meeting, well for me. Then mom rescued me and we took a ride along US 1 and it was unreal as the scenery was fantastic. The food came and JJ said Mike, dad wants us to stay until Monday morning as the wind will get worse but be good tomorrow. MJ even he is staying another day. JJ, it is what it is but then you and I are going somewhere different for dinner, not here. Just find a place and I'll tend to transportation. JJ said MJ, it will be a place that is casual as I didn't bring a jacket. I smiled and said that's perfect. We finished eating and it was 8:35 and I went to see if the Pro Shop was open and it was and there was a lot going on. At the counter I was told that because of the weather there would be only 9 holes today as the wind would increase throughout the day. Then I was told that the event would be on both 9's and that Cole had requested the back nine. I said fine and asked about Trey and was told that he was contacted and was on his way. Then I was told that our tee time was 10:46. That would rush me but I was glad. I just wanted to relax. In thinking about the course Cole's selection made sense as only three holes were near the ocean. With that I knew he was aware that how he played today was a serious test. He could always argue that it played as the more difficult 9. I went to the room and put on the "wind gear". Back at the Pro Shop there were a bunch of bags on carts and I found mine and headed to the practice range. When I saw Cole I laughed as he had the same type of clothes on as I did. I went up to him and asked about the outfit and he said MJ, I need this wind shit on and it covers up whatever I am wearing so I have jeans and sweat shirt on but I kept the hat. With that he returned to hitting balls and I noticed he was hitting the ball lower. I asked Liam and he said well he moved it back in his stance and it closes the face at impact and you hit it lower. So where the ball is in his stance will limit some of the wind but if anyone shoots par in this wind it would be undeliverable. I shook my head and went to a tee area and tried what Liam said and I rolled the first three shots. People were looking and some were laughing so I went back to my normal stance and would take my chances. Trey appeared and he just watched as I tried to adjust to the wind. Then he came over and said Mike, the wind only changes where you aim the ball. When it is in you face you hit three more clubs and at you your back you attack of the tee and ease up on the second shots. Don't make more of it than it is. At the practice green the putts were slow as the greens hadn't been cut, I knew that was to keep the wind from blowing the balls around. The 10th hole was along the ocean and the wind was blowing hard from the right and Cole hit a bullet aloud the right edge and it was a solid hit that ended in the first cut on the left. His second shot ended in the sand Aden he had a 5 on the par 4. On 11 the course turned inland and the 45 yard hole was down wind and Cole it driver and a very short iron and one putt and he was back to even. It stayed that was until 14 a long par 5 and down wind mostly and Cole was easily on in two shots and was now 1 under. 15 and 16 were had with pars and now it was a par 3 right into the wind. Yesterday day h had hit a 6 iron and today it was a 2 iron and when he hit the shot every got excited as they thought it was going in. It ends 3 feet from the Pin and even AP applauded. We were now on 18 and Cole was on the fumes 18th. Now with the wind coming from the ocean nd really blowing hard from the left Cole was aiming just outside the left side of the fairway. His tee shot ended up in the middle of the fairway just behind a tree that was there just to piss people off. Cole had to layup or risk starting it over the ocean. Liam was about to hand Cole a fairway wood and Cole reached for an iron, did the pre shot routine and laced one just left lo the tree and it ended up just in front of the green and a chip and a putt later Cole had shot 2 under. AP was even par, David shot 46 and I had 40 and was pleased with that. The crowd was more than half of what had followed us yesterday but Cole was swamped with autograph requests. For the fist time I saw dad and Megan wrapped in a blanket and they were heading to return the cart. Trey came up to me and thanked me for the two days and was in awe of Cole and what he did today. Trey, this wasn't an easy trip for me with the golf and the USGA meeting and today was the most difficult conditions I have ever played in but thanks for making it easy on me. I handed him another hundred and my card and said if you ever get to my part of the country, look me up. Trey looked at me and asked Mike, are you serious? I smiled and said absolutely. Mike with the Open being here the course will be closed for a month and a half. If I came there could I caddie at one of your courses? I said Trey, think about that and give me a call. I chatted with AP and David for a bit and they were both in awe about how well Cole managed the course and the conditions. All I wanted was a hot shower but David stopped me and said that he and his wife were staying as the course needed a lot of work for the Open. David that's fine but all they need is to grow some grass, smooth the greens and pray for wind. He laughed and said thanks for the ride up. With that I went to my room and a hot shower was first on the list. Thanks for the comments and for reading. Remember NIFTY in more than your thoughts and prayers and consider a donation.
